Let food feel simple again.
At MI Health Matters, I help women build a calmer, more intuitive approach to eating that feels doable every day.

Here’s how we do it differently

Simple Nutrition
I help you build sustainable habits around meeting daily nutrition needs without requiring counting calories, tracking macros, or rigid rules.

Intuitive Eating Skills
Learn the skills that help you make choices from calm awareness instead of stress, guilt, or second‑guessing. You know yourself better than any rigid plan can suggest, so we use that knowledge to create habits that fit your real life.

Real Life Support
Together, we create rhythms and routines that feel doable, flexible, and supportive, even on your busiest days. We adjust the process until we find what sticks.
Why this actually works
Most plans fail because they were never designed for your real life! They only work in the best case scenario, if at all, which is why they leave you starting over every Monday. This is not another plan to follow.
Instead of rules to follow, you get practical skills to use. Instead of restriction, you’ll practice self-trust. Instead of pressure, you get a flexible approach that feels good to maintain because you actually enjoy it.
The result? You stop thinking about food all day. You eat the birthday cake (and allow yourself to really enjoy it!) and move on. You feel free, not because you have more willpower, but because you finally have a way of eating that works with your life, not against it.
Hi, I’m Katie!
For over a decade, my relationship with food completely took over my life. My thoughts, my energy, and my relationships were all affected. I tried everything, and nothing stuck until I stopped trying to control food and started learning to trust myself instead.
That shift changed everything. And it happened slowly, through a lot of trial and error and without much support. I became a health coach because I want you to get there in months, not decades.
I’m not here to give you another plan to follow. I’m here to give you practical tools, real support, and a completely different way of thinking about food. One that finally feels like freedom. I still practice what I teach, especially on the hard days.
